Seaweed salad--OMG YUM!

1 cup Soaked Arame Seaweed
2 Tbsp Flax Oil
1 Avocado
1 Tomato
1/4 Red Onion, finely chopped
1 Carrot, chopped or shredded
Parsley, finely chopped
Fresh Lemon Juice
Sea Salt
Dash of Cayenne (if you feel like you need some kick)

Add all ingredients together in bowl, mix and enjoy.
